Four days to get it sorted
- Refund requests can be submitted from Monday, August 31 at 8:00 AM through Thursday, September 3 at 11:59 PM.
- You can only request a refund using the form on this page (see button below). There are no other ways to do so.
- The form opens on Monday, August 31 at 8:00 AM. You can submit your request until Thursday, September 3 at 11:59 PM. The form will close after that.
- We charge 1 lap to process a refund. This will be deducted from your balance.
- You will be paid out the remaining balance after the 1-lap deduction.
- Keep your PreuveneCard handy; you will need the card number.
