Aperol
Orange, bubbles, and sunshine in a glass
Aperol has been the signal to start the evening since 1919. In Italy, it’s called the aperitivo: that moment when you stop working, pull up a chair on a terrace, and raise a glass together. Exactly what the Preuvenemint does so well.
You can spot that bright orange color from a distance. In the glass, you’ll find a fresh, slightly bitter taste with a sweet undertone of orange and herbs. Mixed with prosecco and sparkling water, it becomes the famous spritz: light, refreshing, and made for sipping slowly as the sun goes down.
At the Preuvenemint, Aperol serves that spritz ice-cold, in a proper glass, of course. Stop by, grab your orange glass, and find a spot in the sun. Salute!
